“Free Man Garden” is to be completed in 8 phases (including 7 phases of residential district and 1 commercial building). It covers an area of approximately 660,000m2,with about 1.5 million m2 of total building area and 8,000 households. The foundation of “Free Man Garden” was laid on December 1, 2010. Phases 1, 2, 4 and 7 have been sold out. As at 31 December 2020, a total of 725 flats in Phase 5 and 6 with an aggregate area of approximately 93,257㎡ were sold for sales amount of approximately RMB2,296 million. Phase 3 known as “Freedom Lane (自由里)” with a gross floor area of approximately 36,000 sq.m. is self-owned for providing comprehensive services of catering, entertainment and culture and commenced operation with a grand opening held on 28 December 2019.

Free Man Garden
“Free Man Garden” is a high-quality project of THE PENINSULA Real Estate THE PENINSULA Real Estate associated company. The project is located in Guangzhou airport economic area, adjacent to Baiyun International Airport and Guangzhou North Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub, positioning as livable ecological buildings in Baiyun North. There are in the project over 100,000m2 of large-scale central greenbelts, Guangzhou's first "sports" new concept management center - Free Man Health Management Center (in operation), kindergartens as well as primary and secondary schools (in operation).
The project also has 36,000m2 of business zone in Ziyouli (open for investment), which will be built as a model for vertical greening commercial buildings. In 2017, Ziyouli commercial three-dimensional greening case was listed as the “Southern Demonstration Project of Green Building Technology Cooperation in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Area” of China and Singapore. The whole project, with greening rate up to 36.1% and over 200,000m2 of green landscape, provides livable and ecological buildings rarely seen in Guangzhou.
