With total site area of nearly 300,000 m2 and total gross floor area of 1,000,000 m2, the Peninsula will be developed in five phases. The total number of households exceeds 5,000, and the proportion of foreign residents exceeds 40%.
The first-phase project made a sales miracle that all the residences were sold out in the beginning of sale, while the second-phase project won the double runner-ups in terms of both sales area and sales amount in 2009. The third phase won the 2016 national “100,000+buildings” single property sales champion, which prepared it as a leading role in Shenzhen’s high-end property market.

The Peninsula is THE PENINSULA Real Estate flagship project. It is located in the core belt of the golden triangle of Qianhai Shenxiang Cooperative Free Trade Area, Houhai Financial Commercial Center and Shekou Sea World Free Trade Area, surrounded by the sea at its three sides, where it is Shenzhen’s rare region of integrating CBD core area and the offshore landscape.
The Peninsula upholds the development idea of “retain customers through innovation, promote the value through environment, touch proprietors by details, build quality with sincerity”, and forges a million square meters of international offshore humanistic community with international frontier living standards. To lead the world’s coastal model living, the Peninsula has projected several special matching settings in accordance with its unique geographic features, like International Marine Club (IMC), offshore leisure fitness club and “in the days” offshore creative humanistic business and etc.
The first to the third phase projects was launched in 2003, 2007 and 2014 respectively, and the fourth-phase was launched in 2015. Nearly 79,000 m2 high-end residential service apartments, Pu Yu, is expected to be pre-sold in the fourth quarter of 2018.
